Company Acquires Mineral Claims in Saskatchewan

April 26, 2010, Vancouver, BC -- (TSX.V: ARO) Les Kjosness, President & CEO is pleased to announce, March 26, 2009, the company acquired the rights to five mineral claims in northern Saskatchewan. The property is connected to the Wakefield Lakes property of Golden Arch Resources Ltd. The Company paid $250,000 to 101120704 Saskatchewan Ltd. for 100% of the mineral rights. The property lies southeast of Wollastin Lake, approximately three hundred kilometers north of La Ronge, 15kms east of Highway #905, and is accessible by road.

Armadillo's plan is to joint venture the property with a larger zinc oriented company.

The Company is also finalizing plans for 2010 exploration at its Waverley-Tangier vein-hosted gold, silver, lead, zinc project in the Revelstoke mining District of east central British Columbia. A 761.6-metre diamond drill program completed in 2009 identified a mineralized zone over a strike length of 100metres to a depth of 50 metres with an average thickness of 10 metres open at both ends and at depth. Management is particularly encouraged by the +5 metre intervals in holes 2, 5 and 8 that average in excess of 0.5 grams gold per tonne.

Armadillo Resources' mandate is to acquire, explore and develop base and precious metals properties throughout North America and we continue to seek out other properties to add to our portfolio.

On behalf of the Board,

'Les Kjosness'
President and Director
