Ms. Cai has a Master Degree of Financial Accounting and a Bachelor Degree in
Economics (Beijing, China) and has worked as a consultant to Stealth Energy Inc. and as CFO of Hendrx Corp., both based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Stealth is an oil & gas exploration, development and production company with properties in Montana and Wyoming and Hendrx is engaged in the research and development, manufacture, marketing and world-wide distribution of water generation, filtration, ionization, desalinization, and purification devices.
|Corey Klassen, Director|
Mr. Klassen, a Saskatoon, Saskatchewan resident, has an economics background and for the past 10 years has been focusing on business development management for major Canadian financial institutions and mortgage brokering firms. Mr. Klassen has been an active member in the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC), The Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA), and is a member of The Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL).

A graduate of the University of Manitoba (Honours), Mr. Wetherup has over 15 years' experience, mostly in the North American Cordillera, exploring for base and precious metals deposits for both junior and senior mining companies. His focus is regional compilation and grassroots exploration to advanced drilling. Companies he has worked include Kodiak Exploration Ltd., Pacific Northwest Capital Corp, Phelps Doge Corporation of Canada Ltd. as well as the Geological Survey of Canada, Pacific Division.
|James Turner, P.Geo., Director|
A resident of British Columbia, Mr. Turner started his career in 1974 and has worked for over 38 years with companies such as Cominco and Newmont on regional and property mapping and drilling programs for gold and massive sulphide deposits. As the principal of TerraSat Geomatics, Mr. Turner also consulted with several junior resource exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. His primary role was the interpretation of remote sensing data. He also worked with a London based junior explorer in Costa Rica providing valuations and NI43-101 reports as they developed a small gold mine. He also has experience in gold deposits in South Africa and copper deposits in Namibia and British Columbia.
